Oh man, is this little guy a doll! Carter just celebrated his birthday and so I got together with his family to take some shots of the little man he is growing up to be. There were so many similarities between our two families that I feel like I've known this family forever! Happy birthday, Carter!

I mixed business with pleasure yesterday at my friend, Tanya's, house. I snapped a few pix of her kiddos and we had a play date. My little guy sure loves to play with her twin sons! It was also fun for us to see how much each other's babes have changed since we got together last. Here's a peak at part of Tanya's session. These are her tweens ... stay tuned for more photos!

The afternoon I spent with the Miller family was probably the hottest day of the year and the sun wasn't even shining! We walked all over the family's property eating blackberries, taking in the beauty of the land surrounding us, and snapping photos ... it was a great time, despite the heat! Grandma joined us for a few photos and our hike around the property. This photo is of her holding the hands of her grandchildren. I'm a fan of hand pictures, and have another one in this post to prove it!

Here's a tiny look at what I was up to tonight in La Crosse. I met up with Leslie and Griffin for a quick engagement session. I'm super excited for their wedding in October ... in the woods! I just know it's going to be a.w.e.s.o.m.e.!
